Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and galx.ai. They govern your use of our website, applications, and services. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans and billing

3.1 Free tier

The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of generations and access to the public community gallery. Free generations that are not used do not roll over.

3.2 Paid plans

Creator and Studio plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices and inclusions are described on theonboarding page and at checkout.

3.3 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. Content and intellectual property

4.1 Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, traits, and original images you upload. You grant galx.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

4.2 Generated avatars

Subject to your plan and compliance with these terms, you may use generated avatars for personal and commercial purposes. Studio plan subscribers receive full commercial rights; Free and Creator plans receive a non-exclusive license for personal and small-team commercial use.

4.3 Our content

The Service itself — software, design, trademarks, and the galx.ai name — is owned by galx.ai and protected by intellectual property law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit involving real people.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security.
• Circumvent rate limits, generation quotas, or paywalls.
• Use the Service to train competing models or to build a product that substitutes for galx.ai.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including Firebase, OpenRouter, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes caused by those providers.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, galx.ai WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify galx.ai from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
